Silverline has proudly partnered with Silvergate Homes and Mountainview Building Group, pledging $200,000 to ensure the success of the Ronald McDonald Family Room project at Niagara Health’s St. Catharines hospital site.
The new Family Room was officially unveiled at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 5.
Family Rooms are also made possible through the generous support of McDonald’s Canada, its independent franchisees, RMHC Canada, RMHC Global, and local fundraising efforts from the Rotary Club of St. Catharines South and the May Court Club of St. Catharines.
The Ronald McDonald Family Room project is dedicated to providing a comforting space for families of children undergoing medical treatment, allowing them to rest and recharge without leaving the hospital. These Family Rooms offer essential amenities such as laundry, meals, and shower facilities, creating a serene, home-like environment just steps away from their child’s bedside.
